Sparkling Leads will replace all bounces and invalid contacts with new contacts.
If Sparkling Leads is unable to replace the Bounced/Invalid contacts with Fresh contacts, the Client will
be given credit contacts to use for future contracts. (One credit would be given for each invalid/bounced record.)
If the client is dissatisfied with the contacts given, Sparkling Leads offers to issue a refund based on the
cost per contact for the invalid data only.
